A body buried after 3 years will usually either have a waxy look or look like a skeleton as the skin and hair are mostly all gone or all gone.
If the body was not embalmed then the bodies skin will decompose faster but if the body was embalmed the skin may still be intact for 10 years or longer after being buried.
