Flour can be used to stop bleeding.

If the bleeding is not too severe then putting some flour on the wound that is bleeding can help stop the bleeding.

The flour helps to clot the blood so it cannot flow out of your body.

Cornstarch or flour will help the blood stay clotted and stop the bleeding in most cases.

Another way to stop bleeding is to apply direct pressure on the cut or wound with a clean cloth, tissue, or piece of gauze until bleeding stops. If blood soaks through the material, don't remove it.

Put more cloth or gauze on top of it and continue to apply pressure.

For more severe bleeding you may need medical attention and also stitches to stop the bleeding.

But for small wounds that are bleeding just slightly then applying some pressure or some flour or cornstarch to the bleeding wound can help stop the bleeding.

Another way to stop bleeding of small wounds is to use some Elmer's Glue or superglue to seal off the wound which then stops the bleeding.

The Elmer's Glue stops most bleeding and then just dries up and comes off your skin.

Superglue works good too for gluing skin together and stopping bleeding.
