13 year old Penis head is wrinkled

I'm 13 and I noticed today that my penis had has turned wrinkly and lots it's sensitivity.

Could this be due to too much masturbation. I masturbate once in the morning and about 5 times after school everyday.

How long will the wrinkled penis head last and am I gonna be okay?

I've stopped masturbating for the time being.
