Why do my feet and toes get itchy every winter?

Right now it's winter here and my feet and toes are itchy all the time? It happens every winter, my toes get itchy, the bottom of my feet get itchy and rashes start to form on my toes and feet.

Why do my toes and feet get itchy during the winter time? I keep my feet clean but it seems to happen every winter.

My feet and toes get itchy as well. I think it's because of the dry air during winter. Try putting baby powder in your socks and in your shoes.

It seems to help my itchy feet and toes.
