I used to wet the bed as a kid and I wore Goodnites for bed wetting.
They kept my bed and clothes dry and were much better than waking up in a wet bed.
I also have a special needs brother who was in diapers until he was 12 and then he finally potty trained.
He wore regular diapers as he was a pretty heavy wetter and so the pull ups were not good for him but they work great for some kids.
He wore toddler diapers such as Pampers Diapers which were pretty thick and plastic backed and then he wore Attends Youth diapers as he got too big for the pampers.
