Will Diaper Rash Cream clear up Acne?

Can diaper rash cream be used to clear up and get rid of Acne?

My sister tried some diaper rash cream on her acne and it did clear it up a little bit.

But if you really want to get rid of Acne then I would recommend just purchasing some acne ointment that will help clear the acne up faster and easier.
