At daycare diapers are usually changed every 2 hours.

Daycare centers have a rule they have to follow which says the daycare workers have to check a child's diaper every hour for wetness or for poop.

if the diaper has poop in it then the diaper must be changed during that time.

If the diaper is just a little wet then they may wait until 2 hours have passed to change the diaper.

Although some daycare centers may change the wet diaper during that house even if the diaper is only a little wet.

Daycare rules for diaper changes and diaper checks for children in diapers at daycare are as follows.

Diapers should be checked for wetness and poop at least hourly, visually inspected at least every two hours, and whenever the child indicates discomfort or exhibits behavior that suggests a soiled or wet diaper.

Diapers should be changed when they are found to be wet or soiled.

When not in daycare a child can usually go a few hours to 4 hours between diaper changes but at daycare they have health regulations that they must follow to keep their license.
