No you cannot become incontinent from or by wearing diapers.

If you use diapers instead of the toilet then your bladder muscles may weaken slightly but you won't lose full bladder control.

Any bladder loss from wearing and using diapers can be easily regained if you just let loose in the diaper instead of holding it before peeing.

You just have to retrain your bladder to hold it before releasing it so that you can make it to the toilet.

Diapers cannot make you incontinent because incontinence occurs internally with your bladder.

A diaper is just another form of underwear that is absorbent.

Urinary incontinence — the loss of bladder control — is a common and often embarrassing problem.

The severity ranges from occasionally leaking urine when you cough or sneeze to having an urge to urinate that's so sudden and strong you don't get to a toilet in time.

Urinary incontinence is usually caused by problems with the muscles and nerves that help the bladder hold or pass urine.

Certain health events unique to women, such as pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause, can cause problems with these muscles and nerves.

Other causes of urinary incontinence include being Overweight.
