My sister uses the Up and Up brand of diapers from Target and they work good for her 2 year old son.
She has used Pampers before but switched to Target Up and Up brand diapers to save some money and she says they work just as good as the Pampers Diapers and are cheaper.
Some cheaper diapers will work good for some babies or toddlers while others may not work as good.
But Target Up and Up Brand are a good cheap diaper.
