Was anyone else terrified or creeped out by snuggle bear as a toddler?

I was born in 1988 and every time that old snuggle bear commercial came on it freaked me out when I was 1 year old and 2 years old.

I would run off and be scared of him.

Now I think he's cute but when I was a toddler I hated the snuggle bear.

Oh yes I was also terrified of that creepy snuggle bear.

I personally still think the snuggle bear is a creep even now and my own 2 year old son hates the snuggle bear as well.

The older commercials with the snuggle bear were even creepier and I too used to run and hide when the snuggle bear came on the TV.

I would freak out and scream and run and hide from him.

I remember having a nightmare of the snuggle bear when I was 4 years old and in the nightmare the snuggle bear crawled in bed with me and was rubbing my body with that towel he had.

I woke up screaming and running to my mom and said there was that bear in my bed.

I was terrified of him.
