The best way to get rid of bad breath permanently is to have a professional dental deep cleaning to clean your mouth and teeth out of bacteria.

Also brush your teeth more often and floss more often and use some mouth wash.

Oil pulling with some coconut oil can also get rid of bacteria in your mouth and even gargling with some apple cider vinegar can help with bad breath as apple cider vinegar can kill bacteria.

Some foods such as onions, garlic asparagus etc can cause bad breath even after brushing.

Sometimes stomach acid can cause bad breath as well or even periodontitis.

Everyone does have some form of bad breath.

Brushing your teeth often, gargling with mouthwash and flossing on a regular basis can help remove bacteria and debris from your teeth and mouth and help prevent bad breath.

Using some breath mints also helps to get rid of bad breath.

Bad breath is caused by odor producing bacteria that grows in your mouth.

When you don't brush and floss your teeth regularly the bad odor producing bacteria starts to accumulate on the bits of food left in your mouth and between your teeth.

Then the sulfur compounds that are released by these bacteria make your breath smell.

Tooth infections and Periodontitis can also cause bad breath even after brushing or flossing your teeth.

Periodontitis is a serious gum infection that damages gums and can destroy the jawbone and is common but fairly preventable.

The cause of Periodontitis is usually poor oral hygiene.

Periodontitis can lead to tooth loss and is also a risk factor for heart and lung diseases.

Symptoms of Periodontitis include swollen, red, and tender gums.

Treatment for Periodontitis includes professionally cleaning the pockets around teeth to prevent damage to surrounding bone.

Advanced cases of Periodontitis may require surgery.
