You can close your Chase checking account by going to Chase.com and logging into your Chase checking account.

Then send an email to the customer service department via the Secure Message Center in your Chase Checking account.

And in that email request closure of your account and a Chase representative will get back to you and want you to confirm the closure of your Chase Checking account.

You can also call Chase.com customer service or Chase Customer Service and request the closure of your bank account or checking account with them.

Just make sure you have removed all your money from your Chase checking account first.

To close your Chase checking account online, visit Chase.com and log into your Chase Checking account by entering your User ID and Password.

Next, send an email to the Chase customer service department via the Secure Message Center.

Then in the email you just Request closure of your checking account.

A Chase banker will then reply to the email and ask you to confirm your closure request.
