No disposable diaper will biodegrade in a very short amount of time. It could still take 100 years or more for the diaper to fully decompose once it's in a landfill.
But the most earth friendly disposables that would likely biodegrade faster are the Bambo nature, honest company diapers and Seventh generation diapers that I know of.
