The best way to get Vitamin K2 and Vitamin K naturally is to consume foods that contain Vitamin K2 and Vitamin K such as cheese, chicken and beef liver.

The cheese, chicken and beef liver are all good foods that contain Vitamin K2 and Vitamin K and other nutrients and Protein as well.

The recommended daily dosage of Vitamin K2 that you should take daily is 45 mg.

To avoid vitamin deficiency it's better to have a blood test regularly. The most common symptoms of low vitamin K are nosebleeds, bleeding gums, lethargy or tiredness, easy bruising, etc. Eat more vegetables, greens, fruits, and take vitamins as well. Personally, I buy all the meds and supplements at Canadian Pharmacy.
