Does anyone use a space heater under their desk?

I'm sitting at my desk and my feet and legs are getting cold so I placed a space heater under the desk?

Is it safe to have my space heater under my desk?

I have an electric space heater sitting under my desk that point at my feet and when my legs or feet start get chilly I turn the space heater on for awhile to warm my feet and legs.

Haven't had any problem just make sure nothing flammable is near the space heater and always plug the space into a direct outlet without extension cords.
