Pumpkin Pie is good for weight loss although the pumpkin pie has quite a bit of calories.

Pumpkin Pie is a good source of fiber which can help curb your appetite for other foods and also pumpkin pie is a weight loss friendly food because you can eat more of the pumpkin pie than other carb sources of food such as rice and potatoes and you still take in fewer calories.

Pumpkin pie has a sweet taste to it and sorta like acorn squash.

Some people add some pumpkin spices to the pie as well which gives it more of a pumpkin spice flavor.

If you've tasted pumpkin then the pumpkin pie will taste like the pumpkin.
