Can the stomach acid breakdown scabs that have been digested?

Yes stomach acid can dissolve just about anything including a razor blade. "don't swallow a razor blade though"

So the stomach acid can easily break down and dissolve any scabs you've swallowed although I wouldn't recommend eating your scabs either.
