Is it true that girls stop growing at the age of 18 and guys stop growing at the age of 21?

Yes girls tend to stop growing by the age of 18 whiles boys tend to reach full growth by age 21 but boys could reach their full height by age 18 as well if they are not gonna get taller due to genes.
