Why are my hands always cold?

My hands seem to be always cold even when I wear gloves and in a warm house or building?

Why do my hands stay cold and numb most of the time even when I'm warm?

You could have poor blood circulation that is causing blood flow to slow down to your hands.

I would recommend seeing a doctor to rule out anything serious. But it's probably not serious but it's better to find out for sure.
