LED lights can damage eyes especially if you look at the LED light or you have a poorly lit room with the LED lighting.

For example if you have poor LED lighting in your home office or computer room and you're working on the computer or playing on the computer then that poor LED lighting as well as the lighting from the computer screen can be hard on your eyes and cause eye strain and may also cause you to have poor eyesight overtime.

LED lights can cause eye strain, headaches, vision fatigue and disturb natural sleep rhythms.

When you have enough lighting in your home or office then the LED lighting should not cause much if any problems.

Even smartphones, TV's etc that emit blue light through the LED lights can cause eye damage.

So it's best not to use a TV or smartphone, computer etc in the dark or poorly lit rooms.

Make sure you have enough lighting and if you can open up curtains during the day and allow natural light in.
