No you cannot just keep your eyes closed in a tanning bed and not wear tanning goggles.

The harmful UV rays can go through your eyelids and still damage your eyes without wearing goggles even when your eyes are closed.

The tanning bed place should provide you with some tanning bed goggles that you must wear while in the tanning bed.

No you cannot and should not tan everyday in a tanning bed because you risk damaging your skin and developing skin cancer which can be deadly.

When tanning in a tanning bed it's best to tan in a tanning bed one day and then skip a few days between tanning bed sessions before using the tanning bed again.

You should not use a tanning bed more than 2 days in a row because using a tanning bed 3 days in a row or more than 2 days in a row can lead to skin cancer due to the overexposure of the tanning beds UV rays to your skin.

It's best to skip a few days between tanning bed sessions to avoid skin damage and avoid the possibility of skin cancer.

A first time tanning session lasts for 6 to 8 minutes and then on your second or other tanning sessions you can stay in the tanning bad for 16 minutes per tanning session.

Do not stay in the tanning bed too long as it could damage your skin and could cause skin cancer.

It is bad to not wear eye protection in a tanning bed.

During a tanning session in a tanning bed you must wear some tanning bed goggles to help protect your eyes from the harmful UV rays of the tanning bed.

The average cost for a tanning bed session is between $10.00 to $30.00 depending on where you go to do the tanning bed session.

You can wear contacts in the tanning bed but it's recommended to remove the contacts before tanning.

When you're in a tanning bed the tanning UV rays can dry out the contact lenses and cause them to stick to your eyes.

Wearing the tanning goggles helps when you're wearing contact lenses in the tanning bed but it's best to remove the contact lenses first and then wear the tanning goggles and then put the contact lenses back into your eyes after you get done tanning.

Also tanning dehydrates your skin which is also why it dehydrates your eyes as well.

Using a tanning bed even once could possibly give you cancer.

However it would be a rare chance that you would get cancer just from using a tanning bed only once.

Usually it takes several tanning sessions in a tanning bed over a few years or longer to develop cancer from the tanning bed.

Many people use tanning beds for years and never develop cancer such as skin cancer but some people develop cancer after a few tanning sessions in a tanning bed.

Tanning in a tanning bed is never really a healthy thing to do because the UV rays from the tanning bed are more dangerous to your skin than tanning in the natural sun.

Tanning in the natural sun gives you Vitamins which can be healthy and it's less harmful to tan naturally using the sunlight than to tan in a tanning bed.
