I understand some schools won't even take your child if he or she isn't potty trained, but not so much around here ..so we are paying an extra 10$ a week because she isn't potty trained ( I try and try and she straight up refuses to me)

They told me, she really needs to be potty trained...I felt like that was a threat that they will kick her out !? Can they? I will look up the handbook on it and see..

They didn't tel me up front about this.I understand it might be a pain , is it ? Of course I want my toddler to be potty trained , but what else can I do if she flips out on me lol

I've never heard of a daycare kicking a child out for not being potty trained. But yes they can make up any rules they like.
