An issue most usually connected with the printer driver or printer is in error state. To determine this issue, first, you have to attempt to reset the printer initially and afterward reinstall the ink cartridge. On the off chance that you actually get this issue, at that point, it may be an equipment issue. Along these lines, contact the help group for help.

If the printer is able to make a photocopy successfully then the printer is in error state on HP printer means there's an issue with the software and drivers.

Try reinstalling the drivers and software for the HP printer and it should work.

If the printer is unable to make a photocopy then it could be something else with the printer and a reset of the printer will likely be needed.

Try unplugging the printer and then wait a minute and then plug the printer back in.
