When your creatinine level is high you should avoid foods that are high in protein such as eggs, chicken, steak and other meats.

Eat foods lower in protein and increase your consumption of foods that contain more fiber such as apples, bananas, grapes, bread etc.

The best way to lower your creatinine level quickly is to eat less protein and eat more fiber.

Avoid any alcohol and do not take any creatine supplements.

A doctor may need to prescribe some medicines to help lower your creatine levels if you cannot get them lowered on your own.

Both low levels and high levels of creatinine can be an indicator of kidney disease or kidney failure.

Also iron levels when you have low iron or too much protein in your urine can be an indicator of kidney failure but sometimes the kidney disease can be reversed if treated soon enough.

A normal creatinine level should be in the  range is 0.6–1.1 mg/dL in women and 0.7–1.3 mg/dL in men.

You can take some creatine supplements to help increase your creatine levels when they are low but if they are too high then you want to lower the creatinine levels.

The normal creatinine range is 0.6–1.1 mg/dL in women and 0.7–1.3 mg/dL in men.

If your creatinine level is any higher than the above normal levels then it can indicate that you have kidney disease or kidney failure.

As long as your creatinine range is 0.6–1.1 mg/dL in women and 0.7–1.3 mg/dL in men then your kidneys are healthy.
