How long of an afternoon nap does a 4 yr old boy need?

Most toddlers by age 4 will no longer need or take a nap. But if your 4 year old takes a nap usually one hour is about all the 4 year old would need to nap.

But if your 4 year old child refuses to take a nap then don't force them too.
