Water does help flush out uric acid from your kidneys.

Drinking plenty of water is essential to good health and a long and healthy life.

Uric Acid can be a cause of kidney disease and bladder issues as well and by drinking water it helps flush out that bad uric acid.

So your kidneys and bladder will be much healthier when you increase your water intake.

it's recommended to drink 8 glasses of water per day or even a gallon of water per day to stay healthy.

Although as long as you drink a few glasses of water per day and other healthy drinks you can still be healthy.

Uric Acid can also lead to gout and drinking Tart Cherry Juice can help with a gout attack.

Some cases of Gout do show up on an X Ray.

However not all gout problems can show up or will show up on an X Ray.

You can have gout and have a normal X Ray that shows nothing.

When you have gout and have an X Ray the X Ray can sometimes show the deposition of uric acid crystals which is a cause of Gout.

Although it does not always show up.

The first sign of gout is usually swelling of the joint, pain and tenderness and a burning sensation in your toes.

Most Gout Attacks occur at night and suddenly.

A gout attack usually starts with sudden and intense pain in the joints as well as swelling, redness and tenderness in the joints.

Most Gout Attacks occur suddenly by usually waking you up in the middle of the night with the sensation that your big toe is on fire.

You can help stop a gout attack and prevent gout attacks by drinking Tart Cherry Juice.

When drinking tart cherry juice for gout you should drink at least 8 ounces of Tart Cherry Juice per day for at least a week.

If you drink at least 8 ounces of Tart Cherry Juice for a week then the gout should go away.

You can however drink a bit more than 8 ounces if you want too but drinking 8 ounces of Tart Cherry Juice is usually enough to get rid of gout.

Uric acid is a type of chemical that is created when the body breaks down substances called purines.

The purines are normally produced in the body and are also found in some foods and drinks.

Foods that contain a high content of purines include liver, anchovies, mackerel, dried beans and peas, and beer.

Most of the time, a high uric acid level occurs when your kidneys don't eliminate uric acid efficiently.

Things that can cause this slow-down in the removal of uric acid include rich foods, being overweight, having diabetes, taking certain diuretics (sometimes called water pills) and drinking too much alcohol.

Some ways you can lower your uric acid in your body are.

Limit purine-rich foods. You can limit the source of uric acid in your diet.
Avoid sugar. Sugary foods.
Drink more water.
Avoid alcohol.
Drink coffee.
Lose weight.
Manage blood sugar.
Add more fiber to your diet.
