To keep active during the virus pandemic you can do sports such as basketball, play soccer, football etc all in your own yard or at a park where you're not around a lot of other people.
Walks, bike rides, dance parties, living-room yoga sessions, or backyard soccer games are just a few examples of how you and your household members can do to keep healthy, active and fit during the virus pandemic.
Eventually this pandemic will be over within a few years or so.
At least by the year 2030 which is 10 years from now we will be completely over this pandemic and should not be wearing masks or needing to social distance.
I will be so glad though when the year 2020 is over because it's been a hell of a year and I'm hoping that 2021 and beyond will be much better.
