Yes lactose free milk is good for weight loss.

Lactose free milk comes in regular fat and reduced fat types of lactose free milk and when losing weight it's best to drink the reduced fat lactose free milk.

But even the regular lactose free milk is okay to drink when losing weight.

As long as you eat healthy, watch your calorie intake and exercise you can lose weight while drinking lactose free milk.

Even regular milk is okay for weight loss but the reduced fat content milk is best when it comes to losing weight.
