The best way to get wrinkles out of 100% polyester is to use a garment steaming iron appliance.
The garment steaming iron appliance will safely get the wrinkles out of the 100% polyester garment without ruining the polyester or melting it.
100 percent polyester is a plastic so if you use a regular iron it can melt the fabric.
That is unless you dampen a cloth and then use your regular iron on top of the cloth and the polyester garment.
I did this before to iron my polyester fabric and it works great.
I would lay out a damp towel over the polyester and then use the iron on the polyester and it worked great without melting it.
But I now have a garment steaming iron and it works better to get the wrinkles out of the 100 percent polyester.
A heat and cool down period for the 100 percent polyester can also get wrinkles out of the polyester.
Take the 100 percent polyester out of the dryer as soon as the cycle stops and hang them as soon as possible.
This should also help to eliminate the wrinkles in the polyester.
