Toddlers that are on solid foods can eat sausages.

However you should cut the sausages up in small enough pieces so that the toddler can easily chew it and not choke on it.

I ate hotdogs, sausages and even hamburger meat that was cut up in small pieces for me when I was a toddler and eating solid foods.

Toddlers eating solid foods can eat just about any food that adults eat but some foods do need cut up in small pieces.

Also always make sure the toddler is sitting down and is being supervised when eating to avoid choking.

Never let the toddler run around with a sausage or hotdog in their hand as they can easily choke on it.

But as long as you cut up the sausage and keep them seated they can eat the sausage.
