Bananas are not bad for your liver.

In fact bananas are great for your liver and eating bananas can help keep your liver healthy and may prevent non alcoholic liver disease and a fatty liver.

Bananas, Broccoli, Peas, Sweet Potatoes, Apricots and Kiwi are also great foods for eating to prevent liver disease and prevent and reverse a fatty liver.

Eggs are good to eat when you have a fatty liver.
