For some people losing weight can age your face as much as 5 to 10 years.

Some younger people who lose weight may look at least 5 to 10 years older than they really are and especially for woman.

The older woman that are older than 38 years old tend to look at least 5 to 10 years younger when they lose weight.

It all depends on the persons age as a younger persons face will age at least 5 to 10 years in advance while an older person may age backwards in their face looks by 5 to 10 years when losing weight.

When it comes to aging the female skin tends to age faster than a males skin.

A females skin is more likely to wrinkle at a faster rate than a males skin unless you take care of the skin and use wrinkle reducing creams.

However a males body usually ages faster than a females body does unless they stay active and fit.

If you just sit down in a recliner all day and watch TV or do nothing then both females and males will tend to age faster and your health will decline much faster as well.

The people that stay active in old age tend to live longer and not have to use a wheelchair, walker etc.

I know a guy who is 95 years old who goes jogging 2 miles everyday and he still works in construction.

He plans to work until he dies or can no longer work.

I've saw some people in their 70s that just sat in their recliners all day watching TV and they died a few years later.

You have to get up and stay active to stay alive and keep your body moving and your blood flowing.

A body in motion stays in motion.

Of course no matter what everyone is gonna die but staying active can potentially extend your life.
