It would be better than living out on the streets and being homeless. But no I wouldn't trade my current big house for that tiny of a house.
There's some stuff that I wouldn't want to part with to move into a tiny house and I like having room to move around and not be cramped in my house.
I've seen some of those tiny homes going for about the price of a fixer upper house. If I was looking for a home I could afford I'd go with a fixer upper home and put the money into fixing up the cheaper home instead of buying or building one of those tiny homes.
The tiny homes may be a fit for some people but not for me.
