To get rid of roaches in your kitchen cabinets set out roach motels which attract the roaches and then trap them inside the roach motel traps.
Also you can set out sticky traps that when the roaches walk on the traps they get stuck to the glue trap and eventually die.
Make sure there's no food crumbs in the kitchen cabinets and you may need to remove any food or other dishes etc and then use roach spray to spray the inside of the kitchen cabinets to kill the roaches.
