A fatty liver is not always a serious thing and just by having a fatty liver it does not mean it will progress to liver disease or liver damage.

A fatty liver which is also known as Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is when a person has inflammation and fat and liver cell damage in your liver.

It does not always mean it's serious but in some cases it can be.

Treatment can usually help with the fatty liver and you can get liver damage even when not being an alcoholic.

Liver disease once it progresses enough can be fatal so you need to take care of your liver.

Yogurt is very good and healthy for the liver.

Yogurt is a great source of Probiotics which can help keep your liver healthy and can lower the fat levels in your liver that can reduce your risk of liver disease.

Not only will Yogurt help prevent liver damage but Yogurt also can help regulate fats in your blood.

Yogurt is very healthy for your digestive health as well and can help reduce constipation and Yogurt may also reduce your risk of developing Colon Cancer.

Yogurt is also good for reducing belly fat and for helping you lose weight.

Fatty liver disease (steatosis) is a common condition caused by having too much fat build up in your liver.

A healthy liver contains a small amount of fat.

The fatty liver becomes a problem when fat reaches 5% to 10% of your liver's weight.
