The Great Pyrenees dog is good with small dogs.

However it can depend on the small dog and the Great Pyrenees dog you have as some do get along good and some do not.

Sometimes it just takes some time for the Great Pyrenees Dog and the Smaller Dog to get along with each other as they get used to being around each other.

The diseases and conditions that the Great Pyrenees dog breed is most prone to are conditions and diseases such as digestive issues, heart disease, back pain, joint pain, elbow and hip dysplasia, eye disorders, luxating patellas, and neurological and immune-mediated disorders.

The Great Pyrenees dog breed does tend to bark a lot especially of the Great Pyrenees dog is bored, lonely or anxious and nervous.

As long as the Great Pyrenees dog is not bored, lonely, anxious or nervous they tend to be pretty quiet.

My Great Pyrenees only barks a lot when left alone for more than an hour or when he's outside and wants back inside.

But other than that he does not bark all that much unless needed.

Some Great Pyrenees dogs may bark more than others and that is normal and training them can sometimes stop the excessive dog barking in the Great Pyrenees.

The Great Pyrenees dog can be very stubborn depending on the dog and some Great Pyrenees dogs are hard to train while others may train with ease.

You have to be very patient and gentle with the Great Pyrenees when training them.

But they are pretty easy to train for the most part.

Great Pyrenees dogs are not aggressive unless they need to be.

A Great Pyrenees dog can be aggressive when needed or if mistreated however the good news is that the Great Pyrenees dog is a pretty loving and non aggressive dog breed that is great with other small dogs, other dogs, some cats and even children.

Treat the Great Pyrenees good and show love to them and they will treat you and your family good and show love back.

A Great Pyrenees dog can be a good apartment dog.

However just be aware that a Great Pyrenees dog is a large dog and some Great Pyrenees dogs can reach a height of 32 inches to as tall as 3 feet tall.

Great Pyrenees dogs need lots of room to exercise and roam around and so I would not have a Great Pyrenees dog in an apartment especially if it's a small apartment.

However if the apartment is a larger apartment then they may do okay in an apartment.

Other smaller dogs would be better in apartments than a large dog like a Great Pyrenees or a Great Dane.

Great Pyrenees dogs are not any more difficult to train than other dog breeds.

If you're good at training dogs or you hire someone who is a good professional dog trainer then they can easily train the Great Pyrenees Dog.

If you're not sure on how to properly train a dog it's best to hire a professional dog trainer because they would know what they are doing and have the experience to train the dog properly.

I found that my Great Pyrenees trained much easier than any other dogs I've had.

A Great Pyrenees Dog can get to as high as 32 inches in height and I've seen a few Great Pyrenees Dogs get to as high as 3 feet tall.

The Great Pyrenees is a strong and large dog that needs a lot of space to roam around and be happy and you need a good tall fence to keep the Great Pyrenees dog in otherwise they can easily jump the fence.

Great Pyrenees can be a house dog but the Great Pyrenees dog cannot stay in the house all the time or most of the time.

The Great Pyrenees dog needs to be outside a lot of the time for exercise, fresh air and to keep them happy and healthy.

It's okay to keep your Great Pyrenees dog in the house when needed but they should also be allowed outside some of the time.

The Great Pyrenees dog breed does get cold just like other dogs and humans.

If it's too cold outside for you then it's too cold outside for your Great Pyrenees or other dog breed.

Always make sure you bring your Great Pyrenees or other dog inside the house with you when it's too hot or too cold because dogs can freeze to death and suffer heat stroke just like humans can.

The dogs fur helps to keep them somewhat warm but not completely warm.

The Great Pyrenees dog is full grown when the Great Pyrenees dog is 2 years old.

Once the Great Pyrenees dog is 2 years old they are full grown and will usually not grow any more as they are now an adult dog.

A Great Pyrenees dog is pretty Loyal to their owner and family as long as you treat the Great Pyrenees dog breed with love and respect and care for them properly they will be loyal to you and your family and will show their love back to you.

A Great Pyrenees dog can jump as high as 5 ft to 6 ft.

My own Great Pyrenees Jumped a 6 foot tall fence so I had to increase the height of the fence to 8 feet to keep him from jumping the fence.

Also dogs including Great Pyrenees dogs can dig out from underneath fences so I buried fence wire a few feet below the ground too.

A Great Pyrenees dog can live outside as long as the weather is not too hot or too cold.

If the weather is too hot or too cold then the Great Pyrenees dog should be inside the house out of the cold or hot weather.

In the heat the Great Pyrenees dog or any other dog can suffer heat stroke and get severely ill or even die of heat stroke.

In the cold weather the Great Pyrenees dog or any other dog breed could freeze to death.

I had a dog that got outside and lost and the next day I found him frozen to death near my garage.

I wish I could've found him before he froze to death but I could not.

If it's too hot outside for you or too cold outside for you then it's the same for the dog whether it's a Great Pyrenees or any other dog breed.
