Yes Epacket shipping is a reliable shipping service.

Epacket shipping is a partnership with Hong Kong Post and the USPS postal service where Hong Kong Post is in charge of the package until it reaches the USA.

Once the ePacket package is reaches the USA it is handed off to the USPS for the final delivery and USPS will carry your ePacket package through their sorting facilities until it reaches your local post office.

If your mail is delivered to a post office then the ePacket package will be at the post office but if you get your mail at your house or a curbside mail box then your mail will be delivered there.

Epacket will be delivered to your door if you have your USPS mail delivered to your house.

If you have a post office box at a USPS post office then the ePacket package will be delivered to the post office as Epackets final delivery is done through the USPS.

The USPS and Hong Kong Post have an agreement with each other for delivering Epacket packages to USA addresses.

When ordering something from China and it gets sent through ePacket delivery it can take up to 20 to 30 days to get an ePacket delivery from China.

It takes awhile as China is very far away from the USA and other locations.

The ePacket delivery method is a cheaper shipping method to send packages overseas but it takes longer than other delivery methods.

If you order something from China that is cheaper just be aware that it can take up to a month in some cases to get your package.

So you have to be really patient to wait on an ePacket package delivery from China.

Epacket shipping is an agreement with the USPS and Hongkong Post.

The Hongkong Post carries the package for ePacket until it reaches the USA and then the USPS takes over on the final delivery so that is why it can take a long time for you to get the ePacket package.
