When losing weight it's okay to drink a few cups of coffee per day with milk.
The milk in the coffee does add some fat content and a bit of calories to it but it's not enough calories to prevent you from losing weight.
I like coffee and milk and even creamer in my coffee and I drank a few cups of coffee everyday and over a year I still lost the 80 lbs of weight that I was wanting to and needing to lose.
So the coffee and milk and creamer did not prevent me from losing weight.
I still ate healthy, got plenty of exercise and I lost the weight.
Just make sure you don't add a whole bunch of milk or too much creamer and don't drink too much of the milk and coffee or creamer and coffee and you should still lose weight.
Of course it's better to drink black coffee without milk or creamer when losing weight but it's okay to drink coffee with milk and creamer on a weight loss diet if you want too.
