A blood pressure headache usually occurs on both sides of your head and when the pain comes from the blood pressure headache the pain will usually pulsate and will usually get worse as you do physical activity.

Having too high of blood pressure can cause a headache and having low blood pressure can sometimes cause headaches as well.

High and low blood pressure can also sometimes lead to dizziness and lightheadedness.

Lightheadedness can be a sign of dehydration, low blood pressure, stroke, heart disease, standing up too quick, spinning around and even medication side effects.

Some older adults experience dizziness and lightheadedness more often than younger people.

Also lightheadedness or dizziness can be a sign of a heat stroke if you've been out in hot weather.

Hormones can also cause lightheadedness.

Some woman get lightheaded when the woman's hormones change during the menstrual cycle.

Even males can have lightheadedness from hormone changes which is normal.

If your hormone levels are low you can get dizzy and lightheaded so you may need to take some hormone supplements to increase your hormone levels.

Hormones can also cause headaches and migraines.

Hormones can cause migraines and headaches and they are known as a hormone headache or hormone migraine.

When your hormone levels are too high or too low then you can suffer from migraines and headaches.

Once your hormone levels balance out then the headaches usually go away.

It's normal to get hormone headaches or hormone migraines.

Yes a lack of estrogen can cause migraines and even a high estrogen level can cause migraines.

The estrogen controls chemicals in your brain that allow the sensation of pain.

Also having high estrogen can cause migraines.

Estrogen controls the chemicals in your brain that cause pain in your head and other parts of your body so if you have high levels of estrogen it can lead to migraines.

Low levels of estrogen can also cause migraines as well as stress, anxiety etc.

Migraines that last more than a few days or migraines that get worse or don't go away can be a sign of something more serious.

Some migraines may be a sign of a brain tumor or brain cancer but not all migraines are serious or are a sign of something more serious.

Most migraines are just annoying and painful and usually go away on their own within a day or so or within a few hours.

if your migraine lasts longer than a few days or gets worse or pain medicine such as aspirin does not make it go away then go see a doctor just to be safe.
