Drinking water does help relieve nerve pain.

When drinking water for nerve pain the nerve pain is reduced by drinking water because the water helps to flush toxins and other irritants out of the body.

Those irritants and toxins in the body can be a cause of nerve pain and so when the toxins and irritants are flushed out of your body the nerve pain is relieved.

Being dehydrated can also lead to nerve pain and water is the best drink for hydration of your body.

When you have nerve pain the drinking of the water also decreases the prostaglandin and histamine response, which is associated with an inflammatory reaction.

Drinking tart cherry juice can also help with inflammation as well as nerve pain and tart cherry juice is really good for your health as well.
