Can your landlord kick you out for no reason?

Does a landlord have to have a reason to kick you out?

Since the landlord is the actual owner of the property they can find any reason they want to terminate the lease and make you move off their property.

They have to give you notice to vacate and then if you don't vacate within the time specified the landlord will then take legal action in court and have a sheriff serve you with a notice to vacate the property and you will then be removed off the property while the sheriff is there.

Don't wait until it gets to the point of a sheriff removing you from the rental property. If the landlord wants you to vacate their property then you should do so within the time period specified.

Because once it goes to court it can hurt you and prevent you from getting another rental place to live.
