It's not actually bad luck to see your bride soon before marriage.

Although many people do believe in the superstition of that if you see your bride before marriage it would be bad luck because the bride or yourself may change their mind.

Some marriages have ended up that way when a bride has seen the groom before marriage but not all marriages happen that way.

My own father saw his bride which is my mother before marriage and the marriage went through just fine.

Neither of them changed their mind about the marriage and they've been married 40 years now.

If a marriage is not meant to be the bride and groom or at least one of them will change their mind about getting married that day regardless of if you see them or not.

But if you truly love each other then seeing your bride or groom before marriage is not bad luck and will not change their minds.
