If the baby tooth is loose enough to pull out without causing injury or severe bleeding then yes you can pull the loose baby tooth out.

However eventually the loose baby tooth will come out on it's own when it's time.

Once a child gets a loose baby tooth it can take a week or 2 weeks for the baby tooth to become loose enough for the baby tooth to fall out or be easy to pull.

I pulled my 8 year olds baby tooth out when he started losing the baby tooth by age 7.

He was getting annoyed with the baby tooth being loose so I pulled it out for him.

It was loose enough though that he hardly bled at all.

A child should not choke on the baby tooth as if they did happen to swallow the baby tooth they would just swallow it fully and then it would come out in their poop.

I swallowed one of my baby teeth as a kid and I never choked on it.
