You can still use an ATM or do online bank transactions during Labor Day but the Wells Fargo bank is closed on Labor day and other Federal Holidays.
Post Offices and other places will be Closed On Labor Day and even some Grocery Stores may also be closed on Labor Day.
On Labor Day Most places are closed for the Labor Day Holiday.
But some places may remain open as long as they are not a Federal Building.
I do most of my banking online that way Holidays do not affect my banking and I can use the ATM machine to get cash from my bank account on Labor Day if I really need too.
