Zebras have a lifespan of between 25 to 30 years.
When Zebras live in their natural habitat they tend to live longer than if the Zebra were living in a Zoo or other Captivity.
A Zebra is related to a horse and horses can live from 20 to 25 years as long as they remain healthy and are eating properly and as long as nothing kills them in the wild.
But most Zebras in the wild do live up to 25 years at most although some can live a bit longer.
There have been some Zebras who have lived 30 years in a Zoo but it's rare.
Zebras need a lot of from and space to run round and get plenty of exercise to keep them healthy.
So that is one reason a Zebra is likely to live much longer in the wild than in a Zoo.
