The medications Rybelsus and Ozempic are similar medicines but they are different from each other.

The main difference between Rybelsus and Ozempic is that Rybelsus is a medication that is taken once daily by mouth and is an oral medicine.

Ozempic is taken by injection.

The Ozempic is injected subcutaneously once weekly.

If you cannot or don't want to take injections then you would want to take Rybelsus instead if possible.

Although some people do need to take medications by injections if they truly do need too.

Injecting yourself with medication can be hard to do at first but eventually you get used to it.
