A normal and healthy cholesterol level by age and for those 20 years and older is 125 mg/dL to 200 mg/dL.

The 125 mg/dL to 200 mg/dL cholesterol levels are for both men and woman 20 years old and older.

Your cholesterol levels may be slightly higher or lower but if your cholesterol levels are too high then it can lead to heart disease, heart attacks, strokes etc.

You need to make sure your cholesterol levels are kept at healthy levels.

Otherwise you could suffer from heart disease, strokes and can become unhealthy.

Have your doctor check your cholesterol levels when needed to keep tabs on the cholesterol levels.

As if your cholesterol levels do get too high then you can do things to lower your cholesterol levels.

Eating healthy and avoiding too much fried foods can also help lower your cholesterol levels and keep your cholesterol levels at the correct levels.
