Does the 7 day soup diet work?

The 7 day soup diet does work as long as you're also exercising to help aid in the weight loss.

Simply eating only soup for 7 days will not cause a lot of weight loss.

But since soup is low in calories then you eating soup for 7 days can help your body burn off the calories and fat that it already contains.

I prefer to eat cabbage soup on the 7 day soup diet as the cabbage soup works much better at weight loss.

I did notice a few lbs of weight loss after 7 days of being on the 7 day soup diet and I got a little skinnier as well.

But I also exercised by walking, riding my bicycle and using my treadmill.

Simply eating less calories can help you lose some weight.

However you must also exercise to burn off additional calories that you intake.

The more exercise you get the more calories you burn off and the less calories you consume the less calories you'll have to burn off.

It can take a year of dieting and exercise to really lose weight such as 100 lbs or more but if you stick with your weight loss diet and eat less calories and exercise you will lose the weight.

Losing weight is also good for your health and can help you live a longer and healthier life.

The 7 day soup diet does work if you follow through with it.

Also exercising is best to help you lose more weight and exercise improves your health as well.
