Why does it feel colder in winter at the same temperature?

In spring a 65 F day would feel lovely and I can go without a coat or wear shorts etc. But in winter when my house is 65 F with the heating it feels cold.

The reason you feel cold in the winter in your home is because of the humidity level.

When the humidity is high in the winter you can usually feel colder than the temperature.

Same with the heat when it's humid you feel hotter than the actual temperature.
