Coconut oil does moisturize your hair.

The use of coconut oil on your hair is a good thing if you have dry hair because the coconut oil helps add moisture to your hair as well as helps seal the moisture in your hair as well.

You can also heat up coconut oil and do a hot oil treatment where you massage warm coconut oil into your hair which also helps moisturize your hair as well as gives your hair a nice shiny look and keeps the hair healthy.

Using moisturizing shampoo in your hair is also a great way to moisturize hair as well.

If you need to grow your hair coconut oil and castor oil as well as biotin can help grow your hair and prevent hair loss as well.

Biotin does really make your hair grow.

I have had great success with growing my hair using biotin and my hair did grow faster and longer like I wanted.

The use of biotin for your hair also makes your hair thicker, shinier and healthier and can help prevent hair loss as well.

Biotin helps with hair thinning and assists in regrowing any lost hair that you may have experienced.

Using biotin for your hair you should see results with hair growth within a month or two as it won't work overnight but you should see results within a month or two.

I also like to use coconut oil on my hair and do the hot oil hair treatment which also helps keep my hair hydrated, shiny and healthy.

When washing your hair make sure to use a moisturizing shampoo and use some conditioner as well which helps your hair stay shiny, healthy and prevents the hair from drying out.
